Audiencetools Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “User Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when using our online social marketing and data capture tools (the “Services”). If you are a User (defined below), these User Terms govern your access and use of our Services.



Welcome to Audiencetools! We are an event marketing platform that allows event organisers, venues, promoters and brands are able to create competitions, pre-registration pages and post-purchase promotional incentives in order to boost their social marketing strategy.

The Services

Audiencetools’ website and domains, including and all of the webpages, subdomains, country-level domain variants and subparts of those websites (collectively, our “Site”), all of the services available on or through the Site are offered, maintained and provided by Audiencetools. We refer to all of these as our “Services”.

The User

Through the Services, Audiencetools provides a platform for registered users to create event registration forms, pre-sale applications and post-purchase incentives. We refer to Organisers, Applicants and other visitors and browsers of the Services collectively as “User” or “you”.


Account, Password and Security

As part of the registration process on the Services, you will create an account or change or add information about your account. You agree (a) to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, or if you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, the entity; and (b) to maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

In the event of any dispute between two or more parties as to account ownership, you agree that Audiencetools shall be the sole arbiter of such dispute in its discretion and that Audiencetools decision (which may include termination or suspension of any account subject to dispute) shall be final and binding on all parties.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including without limitation, all actions by sub-users registered under your Organisation. You agree to immediately notify Audiencetools of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security.

Competitions and Fulfillment of Rewards

You are wholly responsible for fulfilling obligations both implied and expressly stated in any Application and Pre-Sale Registration competitions you create – including the delivery of any promised rewards. In the case that further information is required for the fulfillment of a reward, you must make all reasonable efforts to obtain any further information from the Registrant. Audiencetools does not oversee or guarantee your fulfillment of rewards to the competition Participant, and we are under no obligation to become involved in disputes between you and the Registrant.

Audiencetools reserves the right to reject, terminate or suspend a Competition or Pre-Sale Application at any time and for any reason. If we do so, we are not liable for any damages that result from our doing so.

Beta Products and Choosing to be a Beta Tester

Occasionally, we look for beta testers to help us test our new features. These features will be identified as “beta” or “pre-release”, or words or phrases with similar meanings. Beta Products may not be ready for prime time, so they are made available “as is”, and any warranties or contractual commitments we make for other Services do not apply. Should a User encounter experience any faults with our Beta Products we encourage you to tell us about them. Our primary reason for running any Beta programs is to iron out issues before making a new feature widely available.


Providing the Services

We are responsible for ensuring that our Site is suitable for all Services for which it is made available to you. Audiencetools will, to the best of our ability, ensure that our Site is available for access at all times, but are not responsible if you are not able to access our Site as a result of (a) any preventative or remedial maintenance, or (b) as a result of any circumstances beyond our control.


Our Site contains links to other websites. These are provided for convenience only, and Audiencetools takes no responsibility for the content and maintenance of, or privacy compliance by, any linked site. Any link to another site does not imply our endorsement, support, or sponsorship of the operator of that site, nor of the information and/or products which they provide.


Privacy Policy

All information provided by Users or collected by Audiencetools in connection with the Services is governed by Audiencetools’ Privacy Policy, a copy of which is located here. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service by reference. Audiencetools strongly recommends that you review the Privacy Policy.

Data Ownership

Audiencetools follows a “co-ownership model” with respect to User Information. This means that all Information inputted by a Registrant on any of our Services will be shared with the applicable User and may also be used by Audiencetools in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including marketing or promotion of other events or services that may be of interest to the applicable Registrant.

Each Registrant acknowledges and agrees to this sharing and understands and agrees that each Event Organiser is solely responsible for their use of Registrant Information that was provided through the Services, and that Audiencetools is responsible only for its own use of Registrant Information.

You represent, warrant and agree that (a) you will at all times comply with all applicable local, state, provincial, national and other laws, rules and regulations with respect to Registrant Information; (b) you will at all times comply with any applicable policies posted on the Services with respect to Registrant Information; and (c) upon a request of a given Registrant, Audiencetools is authorised at its discretion to delete or anonymize Registrant Information of a requesting Registrant from the Services at which time it will no longer be available to you through the Services or will no longer be linked to an identifiable Registrant through the Services.
